Proposals are accepted through the B2B-Center Platform.
The scope of work is determined according to the Tax Code, includes, but is not limited to: Requirements Specification No. 71 tit. 830 - dated 10/31/2023 for the construction of the facility: "Gasoline processing complex LLC "Slavyansk ECO" (3,4 stage of construction). Combined operator (tit.830)".
Requirements for the technical and commercial proposal (hereinafter referred to as the Technical and Commercial Proposal):
1. The cost of the SMR (excluding materials).
2. The cost of auxiliary materials (if not provided, specify "0" rubles. or not provided).
3. Cost of basic materials (for reference): (The actual cost of materials will be agreed with the Customer's MTO at the stage of approval and execution of the contract).
4. Terms of payment (advance payment is possible under a bank guarantee, indicating the guarantor's bank).
5. Terms of work.
6. The warranty period for the work performed.
Appendices to the Technical and Commercial Proposal:
1. Local estimates in two formats (EXCEL, Grand ESTIMATE not lower than version 10, in the database of the Krasnodar Territory (2014 edition) based on the procedure for determining the price of work (appendix 2).
2. Agreement with the terms, type and form of the contract for the implementation of the CMP. In case of disagreement with the terms of a Standard Subcontracting Agreement, the Bidder, without fail, shall attach a Protocol of Disagreement to the Technical and Commercial Proposal for further coordination of the terms of the Protocol with the Customer.
Scanned copies of the documents specified in clause 10 of the Terms of Reference, requirements for the execution of works:
1. Availability of a certificate of registration in the SRO with admission to perform construction and installation work at particularly hazardous capital construction facilities.
2. Resource certificate (availability and list of machinery, equipment and human resources with seal and signature),
3. Availability of qualified, certified personnel (IT and workers) for the declared types of work.

When making a technical and commercial proposal based on the LSR, specify:
- The total cost of work on LSR.
- The cost of the SMR minus all materials (MAT on the RVP + auxiliary materials).
- The total cost of the MAT = the cost of the RVP + the cost of auxiliary materials.
- The cost of the MTR for the RVP is not taken into account when choosing the Winner.
