- development of a plan for the prevention and elimination of oil spills;
- coordination of the plan for the prevention and elimination of oil spills in the Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resources Management in accordance with paragraph 7 of Article 46 of the Federal Law "On Environmental Protection";
- development of a plan for comprehensive exercises to prevent and eliminate oil spills;
- sending a plan of complex exercises to prevent and eliminate oil product spills (at least 20 working days in advance) to the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defense, Emergency Situations and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters in the subject of the Russian Federation, within which the facility is located;
- elimination of comments received from the territorial body of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defense, Emergency Situations and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters in the relevant subject of the Russian Federation.
