Payment terms:
The Customer makes the payment by transferring funds to the Supplier's settlement account in the following order: 100% of the cost of the goods – within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of signing the act of completed works
Delivery terms:
By agreement of the parties, both materials provided by the Contractor and materials provided by the Customer are used in the performance of work. The transfer of materials belonging to the Customer for the performance of work is carried out on the basis of a supply agreement concluded between the Contractor and the Customer, followed by invoicing to the Contractor for the materials supplied by the Customer and signing the TORG-12 consignment notes.
2) For materials and equipment provided by the Contractor, the Materials must be accompanied by quality certificates and have warranty cards.
