Comments:
In this tender APH "Miratorg" will take into account the prices of Bidders without VAT! But deliveries will be with actual VAT.

The price fixed according to the results of the tender remains unchanged in the period 04/01/24 – 03/31/25. The price must be provided in Rubles of the Russian Federation without VAT, without reference to exchange rates.

Bidders cannot refuse to supply items for which they have been given offers as part of the tender or raise the price after submitting the offer. In case of delivery failure or an attempt to raise the price, Bidders will be blacklisted.

We are ready to consider equivalents only if they are of high quality. A description of the equivalent in Russian with a photo must be attached to the bidding documentation. When submitting proposals for equivalents, Bidders must indicate the name, manufacturer and number of the drug in the "description of the equivalent" field.

The shelf life of the drugs supplied to the Miratorg APH must be at least 75% of the total shelf life (factory shelf life) at the time of delivery to the Miratorg APH warehouse.

PLEASE PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION TO THE UNITS OF MEASUREMENT. PRICES MUST BE INDICATED CORRECTLY FOR EACH UNIT OF MEASUREMENT.
