Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
100% payment of the cost of Equipment and transportation (including VAT) upon delivery within 30 (thirty) calendar days, subject to the provision of original invoices and shipping documents in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. If there is an advance payment, it is mandatory to provide a bank guarantee for the refund of the advance payment for the amount of the advance in the currency of the offer.
Delivery terms:
DDP delivery basis, Incoterms-2010.
Transportation costs (for delivery) must be included in the cost of the Equipment.
Comments: To participate in the procedure, you must pass the following accreditations (for non-accredited companies):
1) No. 396 General Accreditation of Ural Steel JSC;
2) No. 645 Accreditation for Occupational Safety and Industrial Safety of Ural Steel JSC.
As part of the participation, it is necessary to submit an application with a technical and commercial proposal (hereinafter referred to as the TP), taking into account the requirements specified in the Terms of Reference No. 88/61-2022, as well as including in the offer all transportation costs to the Customer - Russia, Orenburg region, Novotroitsk, Zavodskaya str., 1.
The TAP must be stamped by the company and signed by the head.
The validity period of the TAP must be at least 30 (thirty) calendar days.
This procedure is not an offer, an invitation to make offers, acceptance of an offer or an invitation to participate in a tender, its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The Customer is not obligated to conclude any transactions as a result of the request for proposals procedure, and has the right to refuse all received offers / applications for any reason or terminate the procedure at any time without notifying the Procurement Participants and does not bear any responsibility to the Participants or third parties to whom such actions may cause losses.
The Customer also does not bear any obligations to reimburse the Participants of the purchase or other third parties for any costs or other losses associated with participation in the procedure.
