Payment terms:The price includes the cost of delivery, VAT.
Payment: Deferral of payment of 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods to the buyer's warehouse, on the basis of the invoice, or the invoice, or the vendor's shipment
Delivery terms:delivery is carried out by parties within a month on the basis of the agreed application. The application shall be agreed not later than one working day before delivery.
The batch of goods is considered the whole volume of goods of one nomenclature, received by the vehicle. Acceptance of the goods by quantity is made at the moment of transfer of the goods in the buyer's warehouse. The unloading time is not more than 3 (three) hours, provided the car is submitted for unloading in the period from 8.00 to 22.00 (7 days a week).
Acceptance of the goods is carried out by the buyer in the process of unloading of the vehicle, as well as in the process of production activity (during which hidden defects of the goods can be revealed).
The quality of the goods must meet the following requirements:
• No mechanical damage-the necessary design of the board and checkers must be in place without visible damage (not broken). Small chipped (not more than 20 sm in length and 2 sm on width) and unopened cracks (up to 25 sm on length) on boards, not exposing nails and not having significant influence on durability of a pallet are allowed.
• Absence of protruding fasteners (nails and staples)-nails and staples should not hang around, their sharp ends should be bent and completely drowned in wood across fibers.
• Absence of defects of wood, pollution, paint, absence of rot, mould (for example, in the form of black stains), traces of a bird litter, wet stains. Pallets must be the color of the Svezhespilennogo tree, allowed a slight darkening of the wood from time.
• Build quality-no through gaps between the touching mobility parts.
The buyer has the right not to accept and not to pay all delivered goods or part thereof, if at unloading it was found out discrepancy of the goods to quality requirements in quantity exceeding 5% (five percent) from a party.
In case of refusal of the buyer to accept the goods due to the non-conformity of its quality to the established requirements, the Supplier shall ensure delivery of the corresponding quality goods within a period of not more than 24 (twenty four) hours from the moment of notification of refusal to Acceptance of the goods, regardless of whether the supplier accepts the claim or not.

this procedure of request for proposals is not an offer, an invitation to make an offer, acceptance of an offer or an invitation to participate in the bidding, its holding is not regulated by articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFQ procedure is not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose any civil and legal obligations on the Customer towards the Participants or third parties that may incur any losses due to this.
The Customer shall not be obliged to conclude any deals based on the RFP results and has the right to reject all the received proposals (requests) for any reason or to terminate the RFP procedure at any time without prior notification of the Participants and shall not be liable to the Participants or third parties that may incur any losses due to this. The Customer shall not also bear an indemnity obligation to the Participants or the third parties for any losses related to their participation in this RFP procedure. Participant of the purchase, taking part in the procedure of request for proposals confirms that he has read and agree with these terms and conditions.
The organizer has the right to conduct stage 2 (thereto) in case of obtaining an unsatisfactory result in the first stage.
The winner of the procedure will be accepted the proposal of the applicant, proposing the best conditions in accordance with the requirements and criteria of the procedure.
In case of failure of deliveries by the winner (s) of the tender on the already concluded contract with the customer, the right of delivery of inventory/services passes to the bidder, originator the next minimum price of delivery

Criteria for evaluation and selection of proposals:
1. Conformity of the subject of purchase with the requirements on quality and technical specification;
2. Price of the offer;
3. Condition of payment and delivery;
4. Agreement with the model form of the contract.

According to the results of the trades the winner of the bidding is to purchase a test batch of products for testing and input control in order to establish the required quality level of the purchased products (materials).
Prior to the conclusion of the contract and in agreement with the supplier, the representative of LLC "Remos-alfa" can go to the supplier for the purpose of audit to determine his actual ability to meet the requirements.

The presence of a questionnaire and a commercial proposal for forms according to the application is mandatory.

If the documents to be uploaded to the site are signed by EDS, it is not required to additionally certify them with the signature of the manager and the seal of the Organization. If the EDS is not used, it is necessary to download scanned documents with the seal and signature.
