закупках АО «ВПК «НПО машиностроения» Процедура
запроса предложений не является конкурсом, либо
аукционом и ее проведение не регулируется статьями
447—449 части первой Гражданского кодекса
Российской Федерации. Процедура запроса
предложений также не является публичным конкурсом
и не регулируется статьями 1057—1061 части второй
Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации. Таким
образом, данная процедура не накладывает на
Общества, соответствующих гражданско-правовых
обязательств по обязательному заключению договора
с победителем запроса предложений или иным его
участником.
В соответствии с пунктом 10 статьи 18 Положения о
закупках АО «ВПК «НПО машиностроения» Общество
вправе отказаться от проведения запроса
предложений на любом этапе его проведения.
