Comments: Requirements for the contractor:
- experience in performing similar work;
- availability of a sufficient number of own qualified and certified personnel to carry out the work on time;
- availability of mechanisms and devices, means of protection and fire extinguishing for performing 6 works on clearing overhead lines, transport equipment for the delivery of personnel;
The contractor and the subcontractors involved by him are responsible for violating the rules of work in the security zone of the overhead line;
- the contractor and the subcontractors involved by him are responsible for the safe production of work by their personnel.
Requirements for the performance of work:
To clear the overhead line route in accordance with the current state norms and rules, rules on labor protection during the operation of electrical installations.
Acceptance of completed works:
- acceptance of works is carried out with the registration of bilateral acts of acceptance of completed works, provided that the work is performed properly and in accordance with the quality requirements set out in the relevant regulatory documents;
- acceptance of the completed works is carried out according to the actual volume of clearing, excluding sections of overhead lines that do not have tree and shrub vegetation;
- technical supervision of the progress of work is carried out by the customer's staff.
Mandatory conditions for participation in the tender:
Before starting the work, the contractor, together with the customer, performs a preliminary inspection of the section of overhead line to be cleared, specifies the width of the existing route, the nature of the overgrowth, treeless areas, the area of which will not be taken into account when accepting the work and the specified volume for each specific span.
Work on clearing the protected zone (tracks) of overhead lines from shrubs and small woodlands should be carried out in a mechanized way using specialized equipment (mulcher).
The service provider must provide:
• confirm the availability of work experience in similar types of work;
• confirm the presence of positive references;
• confirm the availability of specialized equipment (scanned copies of PTS or mulcher lease agreements);
• balance sheet and profit and loss statement for the last 3 years;
• TAP, which consists of two parts:
a) commercial part;
b) the technical part.
The commercial part should include:
- commercial offer, according to Appendix 2, signed by the head and stamped by the company or scanned copy, fax. The total bid price must cover all the obligations of the bidder to fulfill the requirements contained in the tender documentation, including the estimated cost of work, the cost of consumables, travel and transportation costs, etc.
