Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment within 45-60 calendar days. The Customer may consider other payment terms.
Delivery terms:1. The Bidder as part of the bid for participation in the Call for Bidding provides a complete list of documents (attached). If the requested documents are not provided, the bid for participation in the Call for Bidding will not be considered. The documents must be in Excel format and in scanned form signed by an official authorized to sign;
2. The prices indicated in the bid for Call for Bidding must be fixed by 12/01/2024. Attach a free-form confirmation letter;
3. Bid deadline date and time: no later than 10 days from the start date of bid submission until 14-00 (Moscow time);
4. As part of the bid, attach copies of certificates or corresponding equivalents.
5. Payment: The preferred method is a deferred payment of 45-60 calendar days.
6. The warranty period for the services rendered is at least 12 (twelve) months from the date of signing the relevant Act of the services rendered.
7. Method of rendering services: remotely, on the Contractor's territory and computers, by connecting to the Customer's information databases via secure communication channels.
8. Following the results of the procedure, an agreement is concluded on 01.12.2024. with the possibility of subsequent prolongation.
9. Call for Bidding is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and also is not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1065 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
