Ranking of bids

Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Comments: The commercial offer must meet all the requirements specified in the description of the required goods or equipment and the Terms of Reference, and must be submitted in Russian rubles without VAT at the e-mail address, specify the e-mail address with the note: "Commercial offer for the tender from "specify the Bidder". Commercial offers will not be accepted after the specified period.
All submitted prices must include all costs, as well as any types of costs, fees, taxes, duties, overheads and profits, taking into account all objects and cost items arising from the performance of work, provision of services, delivery of goods under this tender. The Company reserves the right to request from the Bidder a detailed breakdown of all contractual prices. Failure to comply with this requirement may be grounds for rejecting any offer.
The Bidder of the tender, in addition to the main commercial offer, has the right to submit an additional alternative commercial offer. All offers must be valid for 60 days from the end date of the tender.
If the information provided is a trade secret, please specify it additionally. In the absence of such an indication, the Company has the right to consider this information open, publicly available and not containing a trade secret and may use it in any way not prohibited by law.
4. Accreditation of Bidders and requirements for participation in the tender

The Bidder, if recognized as the winner, confirms that in accordance with Article 428 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, joins, is familiar with and fully agrees with the terms:
