| Payment terms: | Payment under this Contract shall be made by the Purchaser in advance in the amount of 50% of the cost of the specific Application (shipment) within 10 calendar days from the date of dispatch by fax or e-mail of the proforma invoice for shipment to the Buyer, 50% of Value within 3 calendar days from the date of receipt of a copy of the bill of lading by fax or e-mail for shipment to the Purchaser. The Original bill of lading will be sent to the Buyer after the Seller has received full payment. |
