Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Non-cash form of payments, 100% post-payment, within 25 banking days from the date of signing by the parties of the act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered for the reporting month on the basis of invoices issued separately for each object X5.
Delivery terms:The period of deliveries (cooperation) is from 06/01/2024 to 05/31/2025, i.e. at least 1 year. By the expiration of the specified period, it is planned to conduct a new request for proposals for the next period.

Attach the following documents to this procedure:

- Completed file Attachment 2 Questionnaire of the counterparty of the legal entity or sole proprietor

- Provision of a reference list indicating the contacts of the objects of the work performed and the attachment of positive feedback from previous Customers (if available).

- Letter of guarantee confirming the prices offered

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.


Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated Bidders. This procedure is a request for proposals, is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under the prohibition of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the emergence of legal obligations for the customer to choose a supplier.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
