1. A free-form technical and commercial proposal signed by the head of the enterprise or an authorized person with a corresponding power of attorney
2. Reference list of completed projects
4. Card with the details of the counterparty


This request for proposals is not an offer. Infrastructure TC LLC reserves the right to accept any of the received proposals or cancel the request for proposals procedure without explanation.
Infrastructure TC LLC is not responsible for any costs and expenses incurred by the participants of the request for proposals.
