The procurement participant must attach a commercial offer with the signature of the person responsible and on the letterhead. A quality passport and a certificate of conformity for the goods. The price offer filed through the ETP functionality must match the price in the commercial offering.

Thus, the procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to waive all Proposals received for any cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
