We hereby inform you that OKTYABRSKY LZK LLC intends to carry out activities to select a counterparty for the supply of spare parts for PONSSE for the needs of OKTYABRSKY LZK LLC. In this regard, LLC OKTYABRSKY LZK invites you to send proposals on the terms specified below.
We inform you that OKTYABRSKY LZK LLC, when considering commercial proposals, will conduct a preliminary qualification of counterparties, for which it asks you to provide the following information:
- Passport of the organization
- Commercial offer.
- A copy of the document confirming the authority of the person who signed the commercial offer.
- A copy of the Certificate of state registration of the enterprise (OGRN).
- A copy of the Charter.
- A copy of the Certificate of registration with the tax authorities (TIN).
- Certificate of the actual and legal address of the organization.
- Balance sheet (Form 1 and Form 2) for the previous calendar year and the last reporting date.
Proposals submitted later than the deadline will not be considered.
Under no circumstances can this offer be regarded as an offer. Accordingly, OKTYABRSKY LZK LLC does not bear any responsibility for refusing to conclude an agreement with persons who have applied with an offer to conclude an appropriate transaction.
LLC OKTYABRSKY LZK reserves the right to accept any of the received offers, or not to accept any of them.
