Provision of passenger transportation services in the period from 08/01/24 to 07/31/2025 for X5 Synergy JSC at the address: Nizhny Novgorod region, Nizhny Novgorod, Gagarin Avenue, 37 according to the routes and schedules specified in the Requirements Specification
Comments: (!) Participation in the procedure is free of charge and does not require the presence of E-Signature.
The procurement procedure is carried out in 2 (two) stages on the B2B-Center Platform electronic trading platform.
Bidders receive a package of bid documentation for the preparation of proposals and submit their proposals on time.
The supplier who has expressed a desire to participate in the request must, by 17:00 (Moscow time) on May 22, 2024:
• Submit an bid to participate in stage #1 "Preliminary qualification selection and collection of Commercial Proposals"
• Fill in and upload all documents listed in clause 6 of the RFP, as well as documents confirming compliance with the requirements of [04 Qualification Requirements.xlsx].
The volumes of demand are given in the appendix to the Bid Documentation [05 Form КП.xlsx ], which is an integral part of it. The volume can be changed both up and down.
Questions within the 1st stage of the procedure are accepted until 12:00 (Moscow time) on May 22, 2024 (questions can be sent by e-mail konkurs@x5.ru , as well as post it on the e-mail site in the "Explanations" section). All questions on the merits of the procurement procedure must be formalized by the Bidders in writing.
