Maintenance (maintenance) of safety devices specified by the PS: automobile and railway cranes 4 times a year, lift and gantry cranes 2 times a year.
THAT includes:
1. External inspection, cleaning of blocks and sensors from dust and dirt.
2. Checking the operation of the limiter with simultaneous monitoring of the absence of damage to single (LED) and alphanumeric indicators and switching elements.
3. Check the status of sensors, limit switches, connecting cables and connectors.
4. Check the condition of the seals.
5. Checking the operability of safety devices by lifting the control load and comparing the mass readings displayed on the indicator with the actual mass values of the lifted load. The difference of the compared values by weight of the cargo should not exceed ± 10%. Adjustment of the ONC (OGM-240), if necessary, based on the results of its verification.
6. Correction of the time of day of the limiter clock and cleaning of gaps between sensors (elastic elements) and crane structural elements.
7. Restoration of serviceability of harnesses and cables of safety devices without their replacement.
8. Identification of malfunctions and the scope of repair work, drawing up an act of technical condition.
9. Reading information from the parameter logger, with the design of the information card.
10. Extract (protocol) on verification of safety devices.
