Payment terms:Payment terms: postponement of payment for 30 days from the date of delivery of the equipment and signing by the parties
of the agreed acts of completed works. Additionally, the Bidder has the right to offer
alternative payment terms.

In case of prepayment of more than 5 million rubles, with VAT of 20%, it is necessary to provide in the form of a bank
guarantee of the top Bank of Russia, which is included in the list of systemically important credit organizations at
the link: https://cbr.ru/banking_sector/credit/SystemBanks.html/

A bank guarantee must be issued for a period of at least 60 days by the date of delivery of the goods.

The cost must be specified taking into account all overhead costs.

Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference will be sent after preliminary signing

The technical and commercial proposal must contain
the following (allocate costs excluding VAT):
- name of equipment;
- scope and scope of delivery;
- select the cost of TDM separately;
- the cost of installation supervision and commissioning;
- the cost of spare parts, select separately and rate by
item;
- delivery time;
- payment procedure;
- warranty conditions;
- technical specification with a complete description
of the equipment, indicating the scope of the complete
delivery. The list of electric consumers with indication
of type, power, voltage. Description of the main
technical characteristics (electrical equipment,
solutions and characteristics of the automation system).
Drawings, indicating the dimensions and weight of the equipment.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
