Payment terms:Payment for the goods shall be made by the Customer within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery and signing by the parties of the consignment note on the basis of the invoice and invoice issued by the Supplier by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account.
The date of payment is the date when funds are debited from the Customer's current account.
Commissions of the Customer's Bank are credited to the Customer's account.
Commissions from other banks are credited to the Bidder's account.
Delivery terms:Delivery is carried out by and at the expense of the supplier and is carried out exclusively during the Customer's business hours, delivery at other times must be separately agreed with the Customer.

Technical requirements for vehicles are given in Section 4. Technical characteristics and equipment composition.
The Bidder must confirm the compliance of the proposed vehicle with the requirements specified in this appendix.
Bidders may submit an alternative proposal for a vehicle equivalent or superior in technical characteristics and operational properties of the vehicle defined in Section 4. Technical characteristics and equipment composition.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
