Payment terms:
• the payment is made within 14 (fourteen) days after delivery of the equipment, get the original invoice issued on the basis of signed with both sides call tag.
• Prices should be fixed for a period of 1 USD a year from the date of conclusion of the contract.
• Payment is made at the exchange rate of the CENTRAL BANK of the RUSSIAN FEDERATION on the day of payment.
• Prices for equipment must be a finite, including VAT, delivery (g. Moscow), payment of all required fees, taxes and other obligatory payments if necessary.
• If your organization is exempt from paying VAT, please indicate this.
• Prices should be fixed for a period of 1 year from the date of conclusion of the contract.

Comments: requirements for participants

The criteria for determining the winner
2.1. When determining the winner uses the following parameters evaluated the bids:
