Within the framework of this Prequalification of Bidders, please be guided by the following documents:

5. Appendix No. 3 - Requirements for MTB

7. Appendix No. 5 - Planned scope of work
The Bidder's offer must include all the Appendices listed in clause 3 of the Invitation.
The bid can be submitted for any lot and region (lotto region) from the proposed ones.
If there are several contracts in one lot (Lot No. 1 and No. 6), then the Bidder, applying for this lot, must meet the requirements and be ready to work on all lot contracts.
I would like to draw your attention to the fact that violations identified when submitting an Bid may serve as grounds for rejecting such a qualification bid.
