Delivery terms:
Delivery is carried out by the Supplier's road transport. Shipping costs are included in the product price. Delivery within 10 calendar days after signing the specification.
Comments: The commercial offer (offer) must COMPULSORY contain the following essential conditions:
• product name with reference to regulatory and technical documentation (GOST, TU, STO, etc.), to the MANUFACTURER;
• the quantity of products offered for delivery in the units of measurement corresponding to the purchase item;
• product price per unit;
• delivery basis (place of delivery, mode of transportation, information on costs included in the price of the goods, the moment of transfer of ownership);
• delivery period and terms of delivery of products;
• terms and conditions of payment for products. The offer is valid for 1 month.
As a PRIORITY alternative, it is permissible to submit an offer in full lot.
If the item name does not contain information about the manufacturer, by default, the supplied products must be Russian or Ukrainian assembly. TM GOSTO products are not accepted for consideration.
The default contactors should be front connection.
A mandatory requirement is the availability of certificates confirming the quality and origin of the goods, a certificate of approval of the type of measuring instruments, a valid certificate of verification of measuring instruments or verification stamp.
The delivered goods must be new (goods that have not been used, repaired, including those that have not been restored, which have not been replaced with components, have not been replaced, have not been consumer properties have been restored), is free from the rights and claims of third parties, is made on its own or under dealer, as well as equivalent to them, third party agreements.

For counterparties that have previously registered in the System, but have not received an EDS and have not paid for participation in the System, it is possible for the organizer to upload offers on behalf of the counterparty. This requires the following documents:
• offer (commercial offer) certified by the signature of the authorized person and the seal of the organization;
• a document establishing the right to act on behalf of the counterparty (for example, a power of attorney);
• a letter with a refusal of further claims on the occasion that the offer is not submitted at the auction by the participant himself (in free form on a company letterhead signed by an authorized person).
