Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Option 1: 100% payment with a deferred payment of 60 days upon delivery of the equipment.
Option 2: an advance payment of no more than 30% of the cost. Payment of the advance payment is made by the Customer after the Contractor provides a bank guarantee for the refund of the advance payment, valid during the production period + one month. The second payment is not higher than 60% after the equipment is delivered to the Customer's territory. The third payment is not higher than 10% after the signing of the commissioning act together with the supplier, with a deferred payment of 60 days from the date of delivery of the equipment. The bank guarantee must be confirmed by the Bank of the Russian Federation.
