Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:1. Main offer - Payment is made no earlier than 45 calendar days upon delivery of products, including VAT;
2. Alternative offer - Payment is made 100% when placing an order, including VAT.
3. The supplier independently orders permits to the construction site.

Comments:
The validity period of the TKP (price) must be valid for at least 30 calendar days.


The price must be maintained if part of the items is sampled

The products must be certified.
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire to their proposals in electronic form before opening the envelopes simultaneously with the submission of the offer and a file in the form of a scanned copy of its commercial offer, signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case of failure or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the procedure organizer reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the participant provides supporting documents simultaneously with commercial offer).
4. The cost of products must be constant for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).


Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 — 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 — 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.
AK VNZM PJSC reserves the right not to inform the participants of the procedure about its results with the exception of the winner, cancel the request or its results, as well as exclude any of the participants request without explanation. Submitting a technical and commercial offer implies acceptance of the terms of the request.
