Payment terms:
Payment is made by transferring funds to the supplier’s account within 63 days from the receipt of goods and materials at the buyer's warehouse in Volgograd. Shipping cost is included in the price of goods and materials.
Delivery terms:
Delivery is carried out to the buyer's warehouse in Volgograd no later than 7 days from the date of signing the specification. The supplier must ensure the integrity of the packaging and the safety of transportation of goods and materials

Comments: The volume of goods and materials will be sampled in stages according to customer requests during the 1st quarter of 2020. ANALOGUES ARE NOT CONSIDERED, equipment must be new not used with warranty cards.
In case of discrepancy with the requested parameters, the auction organizer reserves the right not to consider the submitted application.
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Before submitting envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents, according to the list, simultaneously with submitting the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization-participant of this procedure, to their proposals in electronic form. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
5. It is MANDATORY to provide certificates and quality certificates, technical documentation.
Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
