Payment terms:Deferred payment of 30 calendar days after the delivery of the goods and the signing of the consignment notes/UPD
Delivery terms:Delivery is carried out according to requests, in production packaging; delivery by and at the expense of the Supplier, the packaging should be complete, without damage, unloading of the goods by the Buyer; delivery time from the moment of placing the order is no more than two, in remote places three days;
Prices are fixed for 6 months in rubles with VAT, with the possibility of changes by agreement of the parties;
Notification of changes in prices and assortment is sent 14 calendar days before the date of entry into force of the new conditions with a mandatory Appendix to the new Specification;
a single contract form is signed with all hotels of the chain.
Delivery of coffee equipment for rent for the duration of the contract. The equipment rental and periodic maintenance agreement is signed separately with each hotel of the chain. With the registration of acts of transfer, acts of maintenance and repair and restoration work.
