Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment procedure - bank transfer, advance payment is not provided. Payment for services is made for actually rendered services, on the basis of an invoice within 30 calendar (for SMEs, 15 working days), after the parties have signed an acceptance certificate for services rendered and an act of transfer of subscriptions for the right to place waste at the Timokhovo solid waste landfill
The cost of services should include: the cost of services for the transportation (removal) of waste with their subsequent placement (burial) at the Timokhovo solid waste landfill, any expenses, costs and remuneration of the Contractor associated with the proper fulfillment of obligations under the contract, all taxes, fees and other mandatory payments in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, all transport and insurance costs associated with the provision of services, the provision of storage containers, as well as the cost of purchasing subscriptions for the right to place waste at the Timokhovo solid waste landfill
