Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Dear Bidders!
Mandatory conditions:
1. The Terms of Reference are in the attachment
2. The Bidder must have a certificate (SRO) of admission to certain types of work that affect the safety of capital construction facilities
3. Terms of work (Actual term of work (in calendar days))
4. non-cash form of payments, 100% post-payment not earlier than in 60 calendar days
5. It is mandatory to perform the entire complex of works in its entirety (in one lot)


Other requirements:
1. The warranty period for the work performed should be 12 months (from the date of signing by the parties of the acts of work performed and acceptance of the facility into warranty operation).
2. The production of works will be carried out at the existing hazardous production facility with the registration of work permits for the production of installation and firing works.
3. Lack of affiliation with other Bidders

Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.

E-Signature is not required

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.
Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.
Otherwise is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from participation in the procurement procedure of all affiliated Bidders
