Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Dear Bidders!

Mandatory conditions for THE CONTRACTUAL COUNTERPARTY:
1. non-cash form of payment, post-payment 30 calendar days after the parties sign the Acts of work performed
2. it is mandatory to perform the entire complex of works in its entirety (in one lot)

Other requirements:
To provide for a visit to the facility in order to determine the scope OF work (an increase in the cost of a Commercial Proposal after the end of the TENDER IS unacceptable).
If it is necessary to provide additional data to assess the cost of the work (if it is impossible to travel to the facility) — request from the Customer.
The warranty period for the work performed must be at least 12 months from the date of signing by the parties of the acts of work performed.
Post-payment is made 30 calendar days after the parties sign the Certificates of completed works.


Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.
Participation is free of charge
E-Signature IS not required

THE Call FOR Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the BID SUBMISSION DEADLINE.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.
Otherwise is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from participation in the procurement procedure of all affiliated Bidders
