Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Requirements for the participant:
1. Only CHAZ with valid accreditation in the Russian Federation are allowed to participate;
2. The term of registration of a legal entity is from 1 year;
3. Work experience on the subject of the procedure during the previous calendar year (Contracts, acts of services rendered)

Documents attached to the application by the participant:
1. A commercial offer on the participant's letterhead in the form of Appendix 1 with prices for each item (you can submit both part of the items and the whole). The price is indicated for 1 employee who has worked five shifts, without VAT.
2. Company card.
3. The Charter of the company with amendments.
4. A document confirming the authority of the Head.
5. Certificate from the Federal Tax Service on the absence of debt for a period of no more than a calendar month.
6. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities for a period of no more than a calendar month.
7. Balance sheet for the last reporting period.
8. Presentation of the company in a free form.
