Обоснование: Постоянно действующая Конкурсная комиссия по закупочным процедурам, проводимым сектором организации закупок филиала ОАО «МРСК Сибири» - «Кузбассэнерго - РЭС» на своем заседании № 123П-КуЭ от 06.08.2013 г. рассмотрела материалы предложений и приняла решение: «Признать процедуру открытого запроса цен «Поставка силового кабеля на напряжение 6-10 (20) кВ» несостоявшейся в связи с поступлением к построению итогового ранжира предложения от одного участника». Центральной конкурсной комиссией ОАО «МРСК Сибири» (протокол № 46 от 08.08.2013 г.) в соответствии с п. 7.5.6 Положения «О закупке товаров, работ, услуг для нужд ОАО «МРСК Сибири», в связи с тем, что исчерпаны лимиты времени на проведение закупки, принято решение о заключении договора с единственным участником – ООО «Камский кабель» на сумму 672 450 руб. без НДС».
