2. The offered products must meet the stated requirements in the TOR.
3. The applicant has the right to provide the TP only for those positions that he wishes to apply for (it is not necessary to apply for all positions, but it is desirable).
4. To indicate a link to the proposed article with technical information for consideration in the KP or attach a file with technical information when submitting a proposal.
5. Prices in the tender are indicated with VAT and delivery on the condition of advance payment/deferred payment.
6. In the absence of a delivery contract with the consignee and in case of disagreement to sign the attached form of the FGC contract, it is necessary to enclose your Protocol of disagreement when submitting a commercial offer.
7. Please note that the procedures carried out by the Procurement Department of FGC GC LLC at the B2B site are carried out on the basis of a request for proposals: according to the system regulations, the winner of the request for proposals becomes the participant who meets the requirements of the request for proposals and offers the best conditions for the execution of the contract according to the set of criteria established by the documentation of this request for proposals. 8. The tender will be held in 2 stages:
Stage 1 - Collection of final commercial offers from 07.03.2023 to 18.00 on 16.03.2023.
In addition to the KP, bidders must provide a complete set of documentation for the entire product range:
Declarations/certificates of conformity; Quality certificates; TR CU Certificates; Test Reports.
Stage 2 - Collection of samples, information will be sent additionally.
Venue of bidding:
