Ranking of bids

Mandatory conditions for the CONTRACTUAL counterparty:
1. Terms of payment - 100% post-payment, deferred payment of 60 calendar days
2. Confirm agreement with the terms of the Requirements Specification
3. Confirm that the delivery is included in the price (address of the object: 353206, Krasnodar Territory, Dinskoy district, st. Plastunovskaya, Don Highway)
4. To provide a technical and commercial proposal in accordance with the Requirements Specification
5. Delivery time of spare parts (in calendar days)
6. Warranty period for spare parts (in months, at least 12 months)
7. Confirm that the spare parts are new, not used, not restored
8. Confirm that the ZIP is the original
9. Confirm the possibility of signing the contract in the EDI (electronic document management), specify the provider
10. Validity period of the Technical and Commercial Proposal (at least 1 month)
11. Specify contacts for communication on Call for Bidding

Other requirements:
IMPORTANT! Residents of the Russian Federation must submit a price offer in rubles.

Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.
Participation is free of charge
E-Signature is not required

The Call for Bidding Bidder can repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.
Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.
Otherwise is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from participation in the procurement procedure of all affiliated Bidders
