If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total cost of the delivered goods under the Contract within 5 working days from the date of conclusion of the Contract and submission of the invoice for payment, final payment within 30 calendar days after receipt of all goods (1st and 2nd stages of delivery) at the warehouse of BMU GEM LLC at the place of delivery.
Delivery terms:Scope of delivery: the brand and volume of the goods are specified in the specification (Appendix No. 1 to the notice).
Place of delivery: Taksimo station, station code 904404, Russia, East Siberian Railway, Siberian Federal District, Republic of Buryatia, Muisky district.
Delivery time: delivery is carried out in two stages:
Stage 1 of delivery for the Object "Construction of the 110 Kropotkinskaya-Verninskaya overhead line" until 01/31/2023;
Stage 2 of delivery for the Object "Construction of 220 kV "Vitim" substation with 220 kV transmission line Dry log - Vitim No. 1, No. 2 (Stage 1)" until 01/31/2023.
Requirements for containers and packaging: mandatory crate, boxes in accordance with GOST 15846-2002.
Minimum warranty period: 3 years from the date of commissioning of the product.
Acceptance procedure: Acceptance at the place of delivery by the number of cargo places, acceptance at the facility by quality and completeness in accordance with the draft Contract (Appendix No. 4).
Georeferencing:Republic of Buryatia, Muisky district, Taksimo
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
