Comments:
1. Food is delivered on board the applicant ship. The number and list of requested items is reflected in the application of the applicant ship.

2. The delivery time of food products on board the applicant ship is within 3 calendar days from the date of receipt of the relevant ship application. It should be noted that the exact date of call at the port, as a result of the delivery date, the customer will inform the supplier within 24 hours.

3. Delivery of food products on board the applicant vessel is carried out IN CLOSING DAYS / SEVEN DAYS A WEEK (7/24) by forces and at the expense of the supplier. The estimated minimum total cost of food for a single supply of 15-20 thousand rubles.

4. The foodstuffs supplied must comply with the quality standards in force in the Russian Federation, TU, medico-biological requirements and sanitary standards for the quality of food raw materials and food products, as well as meet the requirements established by Federal Law No. 29-ФЗ dated January 2, 2000 "On Quality and food safety. " The residual shelf life at the time of delivery to the customer must be at least 75% of the total shelf life.

5. The planned period for concluding the supply contract is July-September 2019. with fixing prices until the end of the contract.

6. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).

7. It is NECESSARY for participants in this procedure to electronically submit to the participants of this procedure, before opening the envelopes, attach the applicant's application form and documents according to the questionnaire.

8. The set of documents should include a scanned copy of the COMMERCIAL OFFER with an indication of the delivery time, as well as signed by an authorized person and sealed by the organization participating in this procedure.

9. If the participant fails to fulfill or improperly fulfills this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.

Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
