1. stage 2 pre-qualification stage-request for quotations.
In step 1 of the parties are required to fill out Appendix No. 6-application for participation, qualifying questionnaire in any form make a presentation about the company in accordance with clause 5 of the technical specifications and answers to the questions (see qualifications criteria. procurement documentation).
Participants’ proposals shall be sent in the form of e-document signed by digital signature.
In step 2 of the procurement procedures will be invited to those parties which passed the pre-qualification for this procedure. This pre-qualification is not a notification of tenders and is not a public offer, the organizer shall not be under any obligations to suppliers participating in the query, including commitments to conclude any contracts with persons accounted for their proposals.
This pre-qualification is not an auction or a public contest in understanding art. 447-449, 1057-1061 CC of the RF. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
The organizer has the right to abandon the procedure at any stage, without incurring any liability to the participants.
The organizer reserves the right to extend and/or modify the date of consideration of the proposals of the participants and debrief pre-qualification.
