3. When the Contractor transfers the results obtained during the execution of the work to the Customer, the Contractor guarantees that there is no violation of the exclusive rights of other persons.
4. The exclusive right to the results of the work, including the developed and created advertising and informational materials, must be transferred to the Customer in full.
5. The publication of information obtained during the execution of works is possible only with the written consent of the Customer. |

| Требования к участникам конкурса: | 1. Поставщик обладает необходимыми правами для исполнения обязательств по договору с гарантией отсутствия нарушений авторских, смежных и любых иных прав третьих лиц.
2. Наличие у поставщика необходимой компетенции и квалификации, опыта и положительной репутации (документальное подтверждение запрашивается Заказчиком в случае необходимости).

4. Возможность приступить к выполнению работ сразу после подписания договора на выполнение работ / оказания услуг.
