Покупатель, при возникновении вопросов по состоянию, массо-габаритным характеристикам реализуемых ТМЦ может посетить склады филиала «Рефтинская ГРЭС» АО «Кузбассэнерго» для всесторонней оценки приобретаемого Имущества. После подачи заявки на торги претензии и отказ Покупателя в не принимаются.
Отказ от вывоза по выигранной цене является поводом для дисквалификации Участника и запрете торгов на В2В по тендерам ПАО "Энел Россия".
