Comments: 1. The implementation procedure is not a tender, its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447 - 449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. If there are no applications at the end of the deadline for accepting offers, the procedure may be prolonged until the moment of sale of the Goods. At the same time, the cost of Goods sold with each new placement / extension will decrease by 8% from the previous period.
