Payment terms:100% prepayment within 2 calendar days from the date of sending the contract. Reception-transfer of equipment at its actual location: NAO, Zapolyarny district, Kharyaginsky settlement.
Location and terms of delivery:Pickup by the buyer within 3 calendar days from the date of payment: NAO, Zapolyarny district, Kharyaginsky settlement.

Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).

2. To their proposals in electronic form, participants in this procedure must attach a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and stamped by the participating organization, as well as documents according to the list below. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the participant's proposal.

3. Location of the Vehicle: Nenets Autonomous District, Zapolyarny district, Kharyaginsky settlement.

4. Terms of delivery: the removal of equipment is carried out by and at the expense of the Buyer.

5. Photos, PSM, as well as the technical condition and the list of equipment are presented in the attached files to this sale announcement.

To provide on request offers:
- Partner card;
- Commercial offer;
- TIN certificate;
- OGRN certificate;
- Certificate of incorporation in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- Charter;
- A document on the appointment (election) to the position of the head;
- A card with sample signatures;
- A document on the application of the simplified taxation system (if used);
- Buh balance for 2020-2022;
- VAT declaration for 2022.
- A letter of guarantee on the unconditional signing of the draft contract in the Seller's edition.

The validity period of the buyers' offer is at least 45 days.

The cost must be indicated taking into account the pickup by the Buyer.

Note: this price request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
