Payment terms:
By lot # 1: In the absence of claims, the Buyer shall pay for the Goods and the SOFTWARE within 30 calendar days after the delivery of the Goods, the SOFTWARE and the signing of the consignment notes and the act of acceptance and transfer of the SOFTWARE, by funds to the current account of the Supplier according to the details specified in the Contract.
By lot # 2, 3, 4: In the absence of claims, the Buyer shall pay for the Goods within 30 calendar days after delivery of the Goods and signing of the goods invoices, by transferring funds to the current account Supplier according to the details specified in the Contract.
Delivery terms:
By lot # 1: The term of delivery of the Goods and the Software is not more than 10 calendar days from the date of signing the Agreement (term of use of the license is granted for the period of validity of the exclusive right to the software (indefinitely))
By lot # 2, 3, 4: Delivery time of the Goods is not more than 10 calendar days from the date of signing the Agreement
