Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment of 100 % (one hundred percent) of the Total cost of the corresponding batch of Goods within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of delivery of the corresponding batch of Goods (from the date of signing the consignment note without comments), and the provision of an invoice
Delivery terms:By delivery to the buyer's warehouse, according to the specified details. The delivery date of the corresponding batch of goods is the date when the Supplier transfers the entire batch of goods to the Buyer in the Buyer's warehouse. Taking into account the fact of further transportation of Goods to the regions of the Far North to the Object, the packaging of the cargo arriving in the container must ensure the safety of the cargo during its transportation, storage (accumulation) and cargo processing.

Comments:
1) Mandatory loading of the following documents: a commercial offer according to the form in the attachment, a certificate for the product (if available), a business card.
2) The products must be new, not used.
3) Criteria for choosing the best offer: product quality, delivery time, cost, payment terms, work experience;
4) This request for proposal procedure is not a competition, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
5) This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose on the Customer the corresponding amount of civil obligations
6) Before shipping, you must fill out the packing list ( see the example of filling in the purchase documentation), paste the packing list on the packaging with the product, and send a copy to the Customer by e-mail.
7) The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 " Products sent to the regions of the far North and equivalent areas. Packaging, marking, transportation and storage" and GOST 14192-96 "Marking of goods").
8) Consent to the Buyer's contract form.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
