Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment is made within 60 calendar days after the end of the month in which delivery took place.
Delivery terms:Transportation costs to the recipient's warehouse are included in the price of the products.
The delivery of products is carried out in separate batches, issued with relevant accounting documents.

Comments:
Prices are not subject to VAT based on transportation costs.

1. The participant's offer, posted electronically on the ETP, must necessarily contain information provided by the spreadsheet fields. If the Name field does not have the name of the proposed product, this proposal will not be considered. A link to a subloaded file is not allowed (for example: "see participant proposal"). Filling with different characters (*, -,... etc.) is not allowed.
2. Proposals from participants on the roster of unreliable suppliers will not be accepted!
In order to exclude any risks, the Company reserves the right to test potential suppliers for good and integrity by any available, when selecting a winner tools and methods.
3. The proposed products must be new, not used (unless the terms of purchase are expressly stipulated otherwise), and the written confirmation must be potted to the purchase documentation.
4. Participation is:
- Producers of requested products;
- Official representatives, dealers (obligatory to provide supporting certificates, certificates, official letters from the manufacturer granting authority to sell the requested products);
5. The criteria for evaluating proposals will be:
- Compliance with all stated requirements
- Offer price
- Member status (manufacturer, dealer);
- Delivery time;
- Consent by the party to the drafting of the organizer's contract, signing the contract without a protocol of disagreement (official confirmation must be uploaded to ETP);
- Fixing the price for the entire delivery period from the time of the procedure to the time the item is transferred to the customer's warehouse (official confirmation must be loaded to ETP).
6. Delivery of products in accordance with the stated requirements (both regulatory documentation and complementary requirements agreed by the parties).

This procedure of requesting proposals is not a contest and it is not governed by articles 447-449 of part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 of part two of the Russian Civil Code. Therefore, this request for proposals procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligation on the customer.

This request for proposals is not an offer (public offer) of the organizer. The Promoter has the right to refuse to carry out the purchase at any time since the date of announcement, including after the deadline for applications.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
