Auto-extension

Payment terms:1. For the Organization of services, the Customer shall pay remuneration to the Contractor upon the performance of the services not earlier than 60 calendar days after the fulfillment of obligations to provide services and the receipt of primary documents by the buyer, but not more than 60 calendar days.
2. The cost of complex meals shall be payable by the 10th day of the month following the reporting one on the basis of the Act of Acceptance and transfer of services / UPD for the reporting period with the attachment of the Summary Statement on nutrition.

Comments:
1. The Bidder, As Part Of The Bid For Participation In The Call For Bidding, Provides a complete list of documents (attached). If The Requested documents are not Provided, The Bid For Participation In The Call For Bidding will Not be considered. The documents must be in Excel format and in scanned form signed by an official authorized to sign;
2. The Call For Bidding is Carried Out On the terms of The option +/- 50% of the volume of the concluded contract (The option means the Buyer's right to reduce (-) or increase (+) the quantity of Goods supplied under the contract without changing the remaining terms of the contract, including without changing the price);
3. The Prices Indicated in The Bid For Call For Bidding must Be Current by August 31, 2026. Attach a free-form confirmation letter;
4. - The contractor must ensure compliance with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of 02.01.2000 № 29-FZ "On the quality and safety of food products";
• Federal Law of the Russian Federation of 06/24. 1998 N 89-FZ "On production and consumption waste";
• SanPiN 2.3.2.1078-01 "Hygienic requirements for the safety and nutritional value of food products. Sanitary and epidemiological rules and regulations";
• SanPiN 2.3.6.1079-01 "Sanitary and epidemiological requirements for public catering organizations, the manufacture and turnover of food products from food raw materials in them";
• SanPiN 2.3.2.1324-03 "Hygienic requirements for shelf life and storage conditions of food products";
• According to Customer requirements.
5. Bid deadline Date and Time: no Later than 14 days from the start date of Bid submission until 14-00 (Moscow Time);
6. The choice is made by the procurement commission;
7. Call For Bidding is Not An offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated By Articles 447-449 Of The Civil Code Of The Russian Federation, and also is not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1065 of the Civil Code of The Russian Federation.
