WE DRAW YOUR ATTENTION to the changes in the procurement procedure, now it is also necessary to fill out the KP form and its annex, which are in the procurement documentation. Filling in is mandatory, otherwise the application will not be considered.

Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
