The choice of spacecraft for the provision of services for deratization, disinfection, disinfection.

The Competition being held is not a Competition (a form of bidding) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The ongoing Competition is an invitation to make offers.

The procedure and conditions for participation in the request for proposals

Participation in this request for proposals is free of charge.

The request for proposals will be conducted according to the Application Specification (Appendix No. 1) in accordance with the TOR.

The request for proposals will take place from 03.06.22 to 15:00 on 10.06.22 (Moscow time) with a possible extension after the end of the regular time.

To participate in this stage, you need to send:
• Agreement with the TOR and willingness to sign the standard form of the Customer's contract, in the form of an official letter in free form on the Company's letterhead in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the ETP;
• bidding regulations in PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the ETP;
• Questionnaire "Qualification requirements" (Appendix No. 3) in Excel and PDF formats with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the ETP;
• Counterparty card (Appendix No. 4) in Excel and PDF format with the signature and seal of the organization by uploading documents to the ETP;
• if the Company is on a simplified taxation system, it is necessary to send a supporting document by uploading the documents to the ETP;
• Confirm the qualifications of employees by presenting documents attesting to the professional training of personnel involved in work on the Customer's territory (specify the number of personnel, including specialists with higher education, secondary specialized education and disinfectants; indicate when and where the staff was trained; specify the form of training) by uploading documents to the ETP;
• Providing confirmations and positive feedback (letters of recommendation) from large food companies, existing contractors (at least three), customers of pest control, deratization, disinfection, disinfection services by uploading documents to the ETP;

The commercial offer must be valid for at least a year from the date of the request for proposals.
