We invite you to participate in the request for proposals for the selection of contractors for the Maintenance and repair of IT equipment (with the exception of self-service ticket offices and packers) at the facilities of the TC "Carousel" PF CCF SF SVF, in the period from 06/27/2022 to 07/26/2023.

The Competition being held is not a Competition (a form of bidding) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The ongoing Competition is a Request for proposals (an invitation to make offers).

The procedure and conditions for participation in the request for proposals

The request for proposals will be conducted according to the Application Specification (Appendix No. 1) and in accordance with the technical requirements.

Participation in this procedure for collecting proposals is free of charge.

The request for proposals procedure will be conducted from 04/25/2022 to 17:00 on 04/28/2022 (Moscow time).

The procedure will be carried out with possible extensions after the end of the main time in accordance with the regulations b2b-center.ru ; the extension step is 15 minutes from the last submitted offer.

A prerequisite for participation in the request for proposals is the attachment on the electronic platform of the final commercial offer following the completion of the procedure, indicating: prices in Rubles without VAT.

To participate in the procedure, the participant must fill out and upload the following documents to the ETP:
scans of certificates and accreditation for Atol, Digi, Dibal equipment or a letter of readiness to receive them in 10 working days, as well as conclude a contract for the supply of S/H;
confirmation of the presence of a competent team with the necessary skills and experience;
confirmation of the availability of a service center for high-tech repair of IT equipment (including soldering);
confirmation of the availability of logistics opportunities for the implementation of the service (warehouses, storekeepers, cars, etc.);
the counterparty's card (Appendix No. 4) and the participant's questionnaire (Appendix No. 3) in electronic Excel and PDF format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization);
a signed and sealed letter of agreement with the terms of the terms of reference and willingness to sign the standard form of the contract on the letterhead of the organization.
