The participant must fill in and load in the period up to 15.00h (according to the MSK) "23" January 2020 all documents listed in paragraph 6 of this RFP, as well as documents confirming compliance with the requirements [04 Qualification requirements.xlsx].

IMPORTANT!!! Participants can apply for one, more or all Lots

ATTENTION: Participants who did not send a full package of documents through the B2B-Center system or sent documents that were filled in inappropriately, as well as Participants who do not correspond to at least one to block the qualification criteria, in accordance with Annex [04 Qualification requirements.xlsx] to the procurement documents, shall be deemed to be inconsistent with the requirements of the documentation and in the future the selection does not participate.

Questions within the 1st stage of the procedure are accepted until 15:00 MSK 22.01.2019. (questions can be sent by e-mail konkurs@x5.ru, and can also be posted on the e-mail site in the section "Explanations"). Any questions concerning the bidding procedure shall be submitted by the bidders in writing.

In case of refusal to participate in the procedure MUST inform about it, specifying the reason, by 15:00 h (MSK) on January 23, 2019 to Konkurs@x5.ru.
