Payment terms:	После подписания сторонами договора в течение 10 дней Заказчик перечисляет Исполнителю аванс в размере 25 % от общей суммы договора, После подписания акта сдачи-приемки проектно-сметной документации в течение 10 дней Заказчик перечисляет Исполнителю денеж-ные средства в размере 45% от общей суммы договора, Окончательный расчет по договору производится до 30 числа месяца, следующего за ме-сяцем подписания сторонами актов выполненных работ на разработку проектной документации и услуг по шеф-монтажу оборудования, накладной на поставку оборудования на основании счета (счета-фактуры), представленного Исполнителем, путем перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет Исполнителя.
