Payment for the work actually performed under this Agreement is carried out on the basis of properly executed certificates of completed work, in the form of KS-2 and certificates of the cost of completed work, costs in the form of KS-3, as well as invoices issued by the Contractor in accordance with Article 169 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation (if necessary, other settlement documents) within 60 (sixty) banking days after the Customer signs the certificates of completed works.

If the specified documents are not provided, the Customer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
